2015 - Human factors guidelines for the design of CCTV systems 
Peer reviewed document with 63 human factors guidelines for the design of CCTV systems in any application, based on literature research, case studies and experiments. 2015 - Supplement to the guidelines: The concept of scenes

Scenes are a newly developed, practical measure for CCTV operator workload. A less valid measure, like mentioned in literature, for exmaple is the number of CCTV images. These supplemental guidelines have been validated with additional case studies.
